During an interview the famous illusionist Uri Geller, one of the honorary members of the jury, said: “Yes, the festival could take place in Milan, London, Paris, New York, but we chose the biggest Baltic resort city – Jurmala, thanks to its unique nature and rich infrastructure, as well as the long tradition of hosting many different events of the local and international level. We promise that the city will receive the world-wide fame, thank to our festival.” Uri Geller is one of the most famous illusionists of the planet that stopped the Big Ben clock in London, passed through the Great Wall in China and broke 10 million spoons only with power of his mind.
